    Contact Management

    Add a Contact:

    1. Launch the "Contacts" app
    2. Access the "Contacts" tab and press "+"
    3. Choose to save the contact to "Device", "SIM card", "Google" or "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync"
    4. Enter the contact's details in the proper fields
    5. Type in the contact's phone number and select the type of phone number
    6. When you're done editing the contact, tap "Save"

    Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

    1. From the home screen, tap "Phone"
    2. Tap the "Keypad" tab if necessary
    3. Press "menu" > "speed dial"
    4. Tap the number you want to use for speed dial
    5. Choose the contact to associate with the selected dial pad number

    Delete Contacts:

    1. Launch the "Contacts" app
    2. From the "Contacts" tab, press "Menu"
    3. Tap "Delete" and mark the check boxes associate with the contacts you want to remove
    4. Tap "Done" and press "OK" to confirm

    Import / Export Contacts

    Importing / Exporting from the SIM Card:

    1. Open the "Contacts" app
    2. Go to the "Contacts" tab
    3. Press "Menu" and tap "Settings"
    4. Tap "Contacts" > "Import / Export"
    5. Follow one of the sets of steps below:
      • To export contacts:
        1. Tap "Export to SIM card"
        2. Tap "Select all" or choose the contacts you wish to import individually
        3. Tap "Done" > "OK"
      • To import contacts:
        1. Tap "Import from SIM card"
        2. Select an account if necessary
        3. Mark the contacts you want to import or tap "Select all"
        4. Tap "Done"

    Import / Export from the SD Card:

    1. Open the "Contacts" app and go to the "Contacts" tab
    2. Press "Menu" > "Settings" > "Contacts"
    3. Tap "Import /Export" and perform one of the following:
      • To import contacts:
        1. Tap "Import from SD Card"
        2. Select the location where the contacts should be imported
        3. Tap "Import vCard file", "Import multiple vCard files" or "Import all vCard files"
        4. Press "OK". If required, select a vCard file and tap "OK" again to confirm
      • To export contacts:
        1. Tap "Export to SD card"
        2. Press "OK"

    Manage Caller Groups

    Create a New Caller Group:

    1. Tap "Contacts" from the home screen
    2. Access the "Groups" tab
    3. Tap "Create" and enter a name for the group
    4. Tap "Add member" and mark the check boxes associated with the contacts you wish to add
    5. Tap "Done" > "Save"

    Add Contacts to an Existing Group:

    1. Launch "Contacts"
    2. From the "Groups" tab, select the desired group
    3. Tap "+" and select the contacts you want to add to the group
    4. Tap "Done"
