Clear the Cache Partition:
NOTE: If your phone doesnt work as intended or runs out of storage inexplicably, you might be able to fix these issues by wiping the cache partition. Unlike a factory reset, clearing the cache partition doesnt delete any of your personal data stored on the internal memory. To clear the cache:
- Turn off the smartphone
- Press and hold Power, Home and Volume Up at the same time
- After the screen powers up, release all buttons
- From the Android System Recovery menu, press Volume down until you highlight wipe cache partition
- Press Power to select the highlighted option
- Wait for the cache to be wiped
- Next, make sure Reboot system now is selected
- Press Power to confirm
