Clear App Cache / Data:
NOTE: In case one of your apps doesnt work properly, it freezes, crashes, or takes up too much storage inexplicably, you might be able to fix these problems by clearing the apps cache / data.
WARNING! When you clear an apps data, all personal information stored within the app (such as login and credit card information, profiles, saved games, high scores etc.) will be deleted. You can avoid losing this information by clearing only the apps cache.
- Open the apps drawer
- Go to Settings
- Under Applications, tap Application manager
- Go to the Downloaded or All tab
- Select the desired app and tap Clear cache
- If necessary, tap Clear data > OK
Clear the Phones Cache Partition:
NOTE: If your phone doesnt work as intended and runs out of storage inexplicably, you might be able to fix these problems by clearing the devices cache partition, with similar effects as a factory reset without losing any of your personal information stored on the internal memory.
- If necessary, turn off the phone
- Press and hold Power, Home and Volume Up at the same time
- At the Samsung logo, release Power
- On the Android screen, release the other two buttons as well
- From the recovery menu, use Volume down to navigate to and highlight wipe cache partition
- Press Power to select the highlighted option
- Once the cache is wiped, Reboot system now will be highlighted
- Press Power and your device will reboot in normal mode
NOTE: If clearing the phones cache partition didnt solve the problems, you can head down to this thread for instructions on how you can master reset the device.
Reboot in Safe Mode and Uninstall an Application:
NOTE: If you have installed a third party application that causes problems and prevents you from uninstalling it, you should be able to remove the app from Safe Mode. In this mode, all third party applications are disabled.
- First, turn off the phone
- Press and hold Power
- When the Samsung logo appears, release Power and immediately press and hold Volume down instead
- Once the phone finishes the reboot, you should see a Safe mode label in the lower-left corner of the screen
- To remove the desired app, go to Settings
- Next, tap Applications under Device
- Tap Application manager
- Access the Downloaded section
- Select the desired app and tap Uninstall twice
- Once the app has been removed, press and hold Power to reboot your phone and exit Safe Mode

Hello Everyone,
I'm Facing Problem with few app which is installed in my Samsung galaxy A7 2016,
When I Start wifi Internet in my phone , Lots of whtsapp msg, LinkedIn Msgs and Instagram Msgs Cumming and my Phone Screen Goes Black automatic for 2-3 seconds, this happen only with wifi internet not with data internet.
I'm Attaching Video please look at once and if you know the solution share solution.
