How-to: Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime Plus: Block / Unblock Calls & Messages; Manage Call Forwarding

Block Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “More”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Access “Call rejection”
5. Tap “Auto reject list” and perform one of the steps below:
   
   • To block a phone number: enter it and ensure “Match criteria” is set to default “exactly the same as”
   • To block calls from a call log entry or contact: tap “Logs” or “Contacts” and select the log entry or contact you want to block
   • To block unknown callers: enable “Unknown”

Unblock Calls:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “More”
3. Access “Settings” > “Call rejection”
4. Tap “Auto reject list”
5. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock

Block / Unblock Messages:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number you want to block
3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”
4. To unblock messages, follow the same steps above and then tap “remove from spam”

Block Messages via Settings:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Enable “Spam filter” and “Manage spam numbers”
4. Follow one of these steps:
   
   • Tap “Inbox” or “Contacts” and select the contact / phone number you want to block
   • Enter the phone number you want to block and tap “+”
5. Tap “Back” to confirm the changes

Unblock Messages via Settings:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “More”
3. Access “Settings” > “Spam filter”
4. Tap “Manage spam numbers”
5. Tap “-“ next to the phone number(s) you want to unblock
6. Tap “Back”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “More”
3. Access “Settings”
4. Go to “More settings” and tap “Call forwarding”
5. Select “Always forward”
6. Enter or select the phone number / contact you want to forward calls to
7. Tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “More”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Access “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
5. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when reachable” or “Forward when busy”
6. Add or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
7. Tap “Update” / “Turn on”

Turn Call Forwarding Off:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Go to “More settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. Select the call forwarding option you want to turn off
6. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
