Wipe the Cache Partition:
NOTE: If your phone freezes, crashes, runs out of storage inexplicably or otherwise doesnt work as intended and youre considering factory resetting it, you can try fixing these issues by clearing the phones cache partition instead. This can yield similar results to a factory reset without losing any of your personal data stored on the phones internal memory.

- Press and hold Volume Up and Home at the same time, then press and hold Power
- At the Android logo, release all buttons and wait 30-60 seconds for the Android system recovery to appear
- In the Recovery menu, press Volume down repeatedly to highlight wipe data / factory reset
- Press Power to select the highlighted option
- Press Volume down to highlight wipe cache partition and press Power
- Highlight Yes using Volume down and press Power
- Once the cache is cleared, highlight Reboot system now and press Power
NOTE: If clearing the cache partition didnt solve the issues, you can try factory resetting the phone instead. Visit this thread for instructions.
