I am hoping that someone will be able to help me but can understand if no-one can.

I live in Spain at the moment and have a Galaxy Grand Neo Plus smartphone. Whilst Samsung in the UK have helped me as much as they can because this particular 'phone is not sold in the UK and I am outside of the UK they are a bit unwilling to help me any further. Whilst I can receive emails I can't send any from the 'phone. These things are a bit complicated for me as I am somewhat old and don't understand the technical things that they throw at me. It can't be any 'provider' issue because I receive emails from all over the world, I just can't send any. It's very frustrating and would welcome any suggestions as to how I can rectify this.
