Block Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Block numbers”
  4. Perform one of the steps below:
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and ensure the match criteria is set to “default”
    • To block a call log entry/contact: open “Contacts” and go to “Recents” or “Contacts” and select the call log entry/contact you want to block
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Block numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol linked with the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages from Settings:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Block messages” > “Block numbers”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to block or tap “+” and access “Inbox” /“Contacts”, select an existing phone number/contact
  5. Press “Back”

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Block numbers” > “Message block”
  4. Set the slider “ON” and tap “OK”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” and access “Settings”
  3. Tap “Block messages” > “Block numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol linked with the phone number you want to unblock
  5. Press “Back” to confirm

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Recents”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  4. Select the call log entry you want to remove or tap “All”
  5. Press “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding and tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “More settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when busy” or “Forward when unreachable”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. If necessary, select the call forwarding option you want to turn off
  6. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
