Block Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Block numbers”
  4. Perform one of the following steps:
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and ensure the match criteria is set to “default”
    • To block a phone number/contact from the phonebook or call log: tap “Contacts” or “Recents” and select the contact/phone number you want to block
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Block numbers”
  4. Tap “-“ next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages from Settings:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Block messages” > “Block numbers”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to block or tap “+” and select an existing contact from the phonebook or inbox
  5. Tap “Back” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Block messages”
  4. Tap “Block numbers” and tap “-” next to the phone number you want to block
  5. Tap “Back” to confirm

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to the “Recents” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  4. Select the call log entry you want to remove or tap “All” to clear the entire call log
  5. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use and tap “Turn ON”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “More settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Forward when unreachable”, “Forward when unanswered” or” Forward when busy”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Turn ON”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “More settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward”
  5. Tap “Turn OFF”
