Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Block numbers”
  4. Follow one of the steps below:
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and ensure the match criteria is set to “Default”
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”
    • To block a contact from the phonebook or call log: access “Contacts” or “Recents” and tap the desired option

Unblock Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Block numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  3. Tap “Message block” and set the slider “ON”
  4. Tap “OK”

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Block messages”
  4. Tap “Block numbers”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to block or tap “+” and select a contact from “Contacts” or “Inbox”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Block numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number to unblock

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Recents” and tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Delete” and select the call log entry you want to remove, or tap “All”
  4. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or choose a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Forward when unreachable” “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when busy”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Access “Settings”
  3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
