Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Block numbers”
  4. Follow one of the steps below:
    • To block a new phone number: enter it and make sure the match criteria is set to “Default”
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”
    • To block a contact from the phonebook or call log: go to “Recents” or “Contacts” and select the desired entry

Unblock Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Block numbers” and the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number/contact you want to unblock

Block All Messages:

  1. Open “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  3. Tap “Message block”
  4. Set the slider “ON” and tap “OK”

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

  1. Open “Messages” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Block messages”
  3. Tap “Block numbers”
  4. Enter the desired phone number or tap “+” and select a contact from “Inbox” or “Contacts”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Block numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol next to the phone number you want to unblock

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Recents”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  4. Select the call log entry you want to remove or tap “All”
  5. Tap “Delete”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Forward when unanswered” “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “More settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the call forwarding option you want to disable if necessary
  6. Tap “Turn off”
