Transfer Audio Files from a PC:

  1. Establish a USB connection between the phone and computer
  2. On the phone, enable “File Transfer” / ‘Media device” when prompted or from the Notification area
  3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
  4. Locate the audio files on the PC
  5. Copy and paste the files to the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” and “notifications” folders
  6. Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect it from the USB cord

Change the General Ringtone:

  1. Launch “Settings”
  2. Go to “Sound and vibration”
  3. Tap “Ringtone”
  4. Select the desired ringtone
  5. Tap “Back”

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

NOTE: You can’t assign custom ringtones for contacts stored on the phone’s internal memory or SIM card.

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Select the desired contact and go to “Details”
  3. Tap “Edit” > “More” > “Ringtone”
  4. Enable “Allow storage permissions”
  5. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”

Change Incoming Email Settings:

  1. Launch “Email”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Manage accounts”
  4. Select your email address
  5. Tap “Notification settings” > “Email notifications”
  6. Optionally, clear or check the tick boxes next to “Vibrate” and “Notifications”
