Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Blocked numbers”
  3. Perform one of the following steps:
    • To block a phone number: enter it and ensure the match criteria is set to “Default”
    • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”
    • To block a contact from call history or the phonebook: go to “Contacts” or “Recents” and select the desired phone number/contact

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Blocked numbers”
  4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages:

  1. Open “messages”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Block messages”
  3. Tap “Block numbers”
  4. Enter the desired phone number and tap “+”
  5. Select from “Contacts” or “Inbox”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “messages”
  2. Tap “menu” > “Settings” > “Block numbers”
  3. Tap “-“ next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Recents”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  4. Select the desired call log entry or tap “All”
  5. Tap “Delete”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “More Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “More Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “More settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. If needed, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
