    Back Up App Data:

    1. Open “Settings” and access “Cloud and account”
    2. Tap “Backup & Restore”
    3. Enable “Back up my data” to back up data to your account
    4. Enable “Automatic Restore” to allow data to be restored automatically when signing in with the backup account or reinstalling apps

    Back Up Contacts to an Account:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Access “Cloud and account”
    3. Tap “Accounts” and select the desired account
    4. Enable “Contacts”
    5. Tap “menu” > “Sync Now”

    Back Up Contacts to SD:

    1. Open “Contacts” and tap “Menu”
    2. Tap “Settings”
    3. Switch to “All contacts”
    4. Tap “Import/Export” > “Export to SD”
    5. Tap “OK” to confirm

    Back Up Media Files to Phone Storage:

    1. Open “My Files”
    2. Access “Internal storage”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Share”
    4. Select the desired contacts and tap “Share” again
    5. Select the desired backup location on the phone

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Android device to the computer via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” on the phone when prompted or from the Notification area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer and locate the media files on the phone storage
    4. Copy and paste the files to the desired backup location on the PC storage
    5. Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device form the USB cord

    The google account can back up your data and can restore this data with google account.
    As for other tools, I use MobiKin Assistant for Android, which would make it convenient to backup all data to computer.https://www.mobikin.com/assistant-for-android/
