p207 taking video or pics to and from?

his all this is my first post, i took a look at the data cable stickeys but realy couldnt find my model# in the list and the cable for it...
my question is; what can i buy to take the videos and pictures on and off my phone, and possibly upload ringtones? it's a samsung SGH-p207 i believe, it's p207 for sure. thanks for any info! -matt

Just send and recieve them as an MMS to and from your email address on your computer and your email address on your phone.

Depends, who is your service provider. It will be the the cost of an incomming MMS. Probably $0.00-0.25 depending on your plan. Much cheaper then $2-4 that many companie charge to download onto the phone from there site.
