Samsung A860 Text Messaging error

Hello,

I've got a Bell Mobility Canada Samsung a860 phone and lately when I go to reply/compose a text message, the phone freezes and shuts itself off. Does anyone know if this is a firmware problem? is there a resolution?

i have had the EXACT same thing happen to my phone, started yesterday. 3 montha after warranty ran out of course! Do we HAVE to send it away to fix it?

so is there an answer for this anywhere.. mine has recently started doing the same. still under warrenty but still nice to know what im getting into..

and since someone in thier infinite wisdom decided that it would be a good idea to not allow people to email others on the board unless they have more then 20 posts... and not to be able to private message unless they have more then 15 posts.. i'll put this here again... have either of you 2 above found a solution to this.. ???

well thanks for all the help eveyrone...
sent it away they reflashed it and changed the rf connector.. i dont see how the later would have affected it but oh well.. **** happens. lol.
