I have a SGH V205 cell phone that was part of a T-Mobile contract. It is a 3 band cell phone, but it is coded only for T-Mobile. Can you decode the phone to use another carrier like Italy's TIM-card? Can you send it somewere? Is it a code you enter, or does the phone need to be taken apart?
Thanks

Hey,
Welcome to CPF! The process you are refering to is called "unlocking" the phone. Now, visit this thread:
http://cellphoneforums.net/samsung/t...l-deleted.html
now, I'm going to let this thread open incase you have any questions, but no asking for the codes, ok?
