Wicked cool! I think it's working! Thanks a million, I'm with Solo (sold in Bell stores) things seem to be going smoothly.

Re: How to > Put mp3's as ringtones on your phone
hi guys, i also have A900, i connected it to my pc to transfer music files. it worked only in my media player. however i was trying to assign it as my ringtone but it would not work , i could not find away to assess mass storage in my ringer option. i did the whole thing of editing the music file to about 50sec, the file is already coverted to mp3. so im guessing the only way is thru the web?

I have a new Samsung R500, was wondering if there is a way to use the ringtones on the sd card for more variety?
I can't find anywhere to access the card and use them

Re: How to > Put mp3's as ringtones on your phone
Note that if you don't have internet included in your plan you'll pay a few cents per kilobyte to use the uploader.
Well for Bell users in Canada without the unlimited $7 a moth internet package, it's 5 cents a KB.
At first that price seems fair until you try to DL a ringtone you uploaded to Rumkin.com
Example, a ring tone that's 458 KB in size would cost a Bell non internet subscriber $22.90 to download. (that's crazy.... and now you know why that $7 a month is a bargain)
