I have the 930 and have a bunch of MP3 music files.
Some load fine, but most give an error in the WMA10 "The Server Threw an Exception" and egnores them.
I can't see a difference between them.
I've tried seveal times, it is the same file each time that load and the same ones skipped.

Re: MP3 files to 930 via WMA10
Welcome to CPF! Are you maybe talking about WMP10? Either way, I have not heard of that error message in anything other than a browser... let's look in the readme file of WMP... ah, ok. You must be trying to upload a video, not an audio file, am I correct? If so, I may be able to help you.

Re: MP3 files to 930 via WMA10
You are correct it's the WMP.
No I trying to upload MP3's.
I have a bunch, they all play in the player but about 2/3s wont upload.
I get the error message above.
The MS site talks about plug in and converter.
What would I convert and what would I convert to?
They are all MP3 now.
Thanks JD
