a920 - Incessant Beeping

My Samsung a920, only when charging on the car charger, incessantly beeps. 20 to 30 times a minute. This is audile with and without a headset in operation. Very anoying, especially hearing it thru the headset.

Please help if you can.

Go to MENU > SETTINGS (#) > SOUND (2) > ALERTS (3).
Turn Minute Beep, Connect, and Service off.

They are all off. This only happens when DC charging is plugged in. Does NOT happen when phone is not charging or when the phone is charging on AC. But thanks for the effort anyway.

That's weird. Maybe it's the DC charger, try a different one if you can.

If not, try turning the volume off or charging the phone while it's off.
