Samsung (Model Not Listed) has a volume issue

dude, so like, i have a verizon samsung, and i just had to replace it, and it was like a week ago i think that i did, and this morning, it started ringing really quiet. i tried turning up the volume, but it didn`t help.

gah, what`s wrong with it??

Most likely a hardware issue, sorry but you have to call Verizon.
