I have a Samsung C417, and everytime I upload a wallpaper and then download it, the quality becomes really bad. I downsized the pic to the correct pixel number (from what I've read about it), 128x160. Also, the uploader allows you to upload 2MB, and the file is 40KB, so I don't understand what the problem is. Do user uploaded images just always become crap quality?
