I just found an instinct on the ground in a parking lot, it looks like it works perfectly, except for the fact that I need a password to use it.

1. Is there a way past the password?
2. Is there a way to view there contancts, so I can call home to return it?
3. If I can't return it, is there a way I could unlock it so I can sell it or something?
