putting pics on delve

Hi I just returned from a trip to the caribbean and want to put some of the pics i took on my phone. The camara i used was a nikon cool pics plum) when i load them on my memory card it says unsupported image file and i am about to pull my hair out over trying this everyway i can think of

are you getting to the point where you can see the file name of the picture, then when you select it, the phone gives you the error message?

i get it loaded on my memory card when i go to open it in my phone it has a generic image for the thumbnail with the file name if i try to select the pic for full screen it says unsupported file image
ive put memory card back in computer to make sure the pics are fine on teh card

You may have to load your photos to your computer and use a photo program to change the file.

what file is your photos saved as..

i'm not familiar with all phones, check your phone manuel an see what files it supports.

ok i got it all worked out and my problem was the photo size and not the type for future reference the max size you can have on your delve is 1600x1200 and the pic striaght from my camera were about double that so i just had to resize them all

re-think and re-do your steps. glad it work out
