help u600

hi i got a samsung u600 at christmas and it has been fine since a few weeks ago, i am having a few problems with it and i think it is a software problem. when i end a call i get the box pop up as if the usb cable has been pluged in, and when the side is down when i click on the camera it says memory card in use. Also when i go in file manager and go to memory card it says memory card in use. Also if i plug my charger in it does not charge i have to turn my phone off plug the charger in and wait till the charging picture comes on and then i turn my phone on to be able to use it when it is charging.

what do you think is wrong i dont want to pay to have my software reinstalled and find out that is not the problem
