Samsung SPH-M300 silent ringtones?

I get a LOT of annoying creditor phone calls, I just want to make them ring silent. Well this phone by default has NO silent ring tone, unbelievable. So I am looking to download one, but I dont have a data cable. Anyone know of a link to a site that has a silent ringtone it can send to my phone? Ive looked and found a mosquito repelent one that would work but they dont offer to send it to the phone.

You can use the "sound recorder" that is part of windows to record 10 seconds of silence, then upload that file at Rumkin.com to your phone. I named mine "None.wav" follow the instructions on the runkin site and it will be sent to your phone and appear as a ringtone called "None"
