My friend has a TOCCO ULTRA touch with a 1gb card in it. She has created a KEEP folder within MY FOLDERS, and is storing messages in there for keeping.

At the moment, INBOX says it has 40 messages, but she cannot move them to KEEP, as they are grayed out. There is an option to move them to PHONE, but wen you select ALL, you get an error PLEASE SELECT AT LEAST ONE ITEM TO MOVE.

In the MEMORY STATUS screen, Inbox says it has 0 bytes used, and is empty...

Can anyone shed any light on what has happened?

She should have got a Nokia E71 like mine

    Thanks

It sounds like the messages are already in the keep folder. What happens when the card is removed? Do the messages show up?
