I've just bought my B3410, I've purchased it primarily for email. When I try to enter an email the 'tap to add recipient' field only allows 20 characters which is far too short, the manual says that I should select 'enter manually' but there is no option for this in the menu that pops up when the field is tapped.

I can't find anywhere to adjust this on the phone, any help would be appreciated.
