My samsung tocco sim is full but won't let me alter the save settings.?

When I first got the phone I had no problems with texting. As far as I knew all messages were being saved to my phones memory and not the sims. Last week however it has started telling me that the sim memory on my phone is full and messages need to be deleted. This means my phone is only allowing me to get 20 texts, and that is provided I delete all of them. What do i do?

ouve sabes a meu passa-me o mesmo com meu telefono dehecho diz que se supõe que tenho espaço para 500 mensagens e me sai que a memória esta cheia e mal tenho 200 e me cabem outros 20 não se se pela sim ou a sd card! se sabes que posso fazer avisa porfavor
