My phone is locked , and i dont know the password

okay so i have a PC Tap Berry t-mobile phone, and its a touch screen phone so it had gotten froze up, so i turned my phone off too restall it but now its asking meh for a password, i dont what is is . can someone help me

If you can set all the data to the original setting, then it will be ok. But if you can not get recover it as an original setting, you only to let the provider or relevant technical guy help you solve it.
