I need to sync outlook contacts with an i500 (Galaxy S?)...

I cannot seem to get the phone to connect via USB, wrong drivers? KIES deosn't recognize it. But I CAN connect via WiFi if needed.

I do not have exchange, just stand alone Outlook and I need to dump my contacts into the address book of my Samsung i500.

Any suggestions? Apps? Ideas?
