News: Samsung S5260 Star II

The Samsung Star is getting a successor and it's the S5260 Star II. It seems as if the successor, Star II, may have the same specs but has been improved some. The original Star is said to be one of the highest selling touchscreen phones by Samsung.

Features of the Star II include: 3-inch 240×400 pixel capacitive display, 3.2MP camera, EDGE support, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, Office docs support, 3.5mm headphone jack and microSD card slot.

The OS is still yet unknown, but it's assumed that it will have the bada OS. Pricing of the Star II has not been unveiled yet, but the handset is expected to launch this quarter.
