My Samsung GT E2120 has suddenly developed a fault. Firstly the Icons became pixelated then when it was switched off and re booted it will only flash the welcome message and won't switch off. I have taken the battery out and re booted but the same has happened again.
Does the phone have a virus and if so will it have infected the sim card and the micro SD card. Is there any way of curing this without taking it to a technician?.
