.mp4 files not playing. Model - SCH-W299

I have a Samsung mobile. Model number - SCH-W299. Whenever I take out videos using my mobile and try to play them on VLC player on my Windows XP laptop, I get the following error -

No suitable decoder module:
VLC does not support the audio or video format "sevc". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this.

On other players, the video plays but no sound. On VLC niether video nor audio plays.


Could somebody please help me out with this?

With Quicktime I am getting the following error - Error - 2041 an invalid sample description was found in the movie.

The klcodec pack is installed but I am getting only the video and no sound.
