Removing Scratches from Samsung Galazy S3

My aunt bought a Samsung S3 a month ago but it looked very old already because she didn't handle it with care. Is there a way to remove the scratches on the screen without replacing the whole phone casing?

She scratched the gorilla glass? wow Unfortunately that would be hard to repair without getting a new screen since the glass is coated with a special protective layer.

Yeah, that's my aunt. She's that type of person that doesn't care about her things until there is a problem already. It doesn't really bother her about the scratch as she can still use it. I'm just curious if there is a way to fixed the scratch.
