samsung galaxy ace wont turn on

hi,
im wondering if anyone could help? my samsung galaxy ace isnt turning on, and wont get past the turn on scree just says "Samsung" and kind of glows, need help,
suggestions would be welcome.Thanks

Try pressing the Volume Up button, the Home button, and the Power button at the same time.

If you reset it, you will lose everything on the phone. It should be back to the way you got it from the factory.
