How-to: Samsung Gravity Q: Forward Calls and Manage the Call Log

Forwarding All Calls:

1. While viewing a home screen, press the "Menu" key on your device
2. Tap "Settings"
3. Go to and tap "Call settings"
4. Tap "Call forwarding"
5. Press "Always"
6. Under "Divert to", type in the phone number that you wish to forward your calls to. Note: the voicemail number should be "+18056377249"
7. Press "OK" and tap "Activate"

Forwarding Calls (Conditional):

1. Press the "Menu" key on your device while viewing a home screen
2. Press "Settings"
3. Find and tap "Call settings"
4. Tap "Call forwarding"
5. Select the desired option: "If busy", "If no reply" or "If out of reach"
6. Under "Divert to", type in the phone number that you wish to forward conditional calls to. Note: The voicemail number should be "+18056377249"
7. Press "OK" and then tap "Activate"

Viewing the Call Log:

1. Tap the "Phone" key while viewing a home screen
2. Scroll down to view your call log entries
3. If you wish to view more information about an entry, select it

Clearing Call Log History:

1. Press the "Phone" key while viewing a home screen
2. Tap "Delete"
3. Mark the "Select All" checkbox
4. Tap "Delete"
