1. is anyone know how to change the opening logo in the samsung t100

2. can i change the sms and clock alarm sound?

clock can be changed by going to alarm and then alarm tone.
sms can be done by going to the ringtone bit and changin message alert

You can but you need to flash your phone with a custom firmware.
