I am wondering, how is everyone else comparing sanyo reception with other phones? I have sprint and have used sanyo phones over the last 3 years and have been pretty pleased, but occasionally I have a dropped call, mostly due to signal fade. Any phones out there that do better?

Re: Sanyo service
Sanyo has a great reputation and are know to be the best with regards to reception. I have had 5 Sanyo phones, so I know first hand. I would stick with the brand. They have won JD Power quality awards a couple of years in a row.

Re: Sanyo service
Sanyo is usually well known for quality and great reception. I've had 4 Sanyo phones and have never been disappointd. They have won JD Power awards for quality every year for the the last couple of years. I wanted a thin razr-like phone, but waited until Sanyo made one before buying the Samsung Blade. The signal reception is the main thing with these phones. I always have service where other phone don't, especially in builings.

Re: Sanyo service
I love me some sanyo phones
They have the best reception and build quality. It's too bad that some people think they're 'ugly' and never give the phones a chance.

Re: Sanyo service
My best friend has only used Sanyo Phones & have had no problems, however I have a Sanyo & nothing but problems. Big difference is when she bought her phones she got a better phone than I would. I have the SCP-3100 & it seems about every 6-8 months it goes to crap & gets lousy reception, only to have to need replacing.
