i got a sanyo 4900 and theres startup tones and shutdown tones and i changed it so it has a voice...(welcome to sprint!, goodbye!) i was wondering how could i add a voice tone? im thinking to myself....if sprint can do it...why cant i?

i have a few voice files that say welcome to sprint and other stuff like that but i would like to have those voices in my phone instead of some random sprint lady.

    tools....

well i have a sanyo 4900 data cable and the snapmedia program. i havent tried anything else...heeelp!

    summarize it...

i would like to change the sprint lady's shutdown sound to a voice sound that i have on my computer.

You will need to convert your files to a .qcp file format. To do this, do a search for Qualcomm Pure Voice and download the app. Once downloaded, play the file in your media player and record useing the Pure Voice recorder. Make sure you have your Windows volume control set to record from .wav. Once you successfully converted the file, then go to sprintusers.com and use the focus tool to send to your phone.
