Simplysellular is on the net offering small prices for used phones.Sent them 4
pphones in good working order and eventually got e mails that all were defective and not worth anything. They would recycle or I could have them back for$7 shipping each. What a joke!!!! They were only going to pay $27 for the phones but want $28 to return them.Becareful if you sell phones and under no circumstances trust Simplsellular (which probably operates under other names as well. Best bet is to sell in person or donate to charity.

Re: cell phone selling fraud
I think you guys are mistaken I have used simply sellular for years and have always been treated fairly and decently. I think the problem is people argee to their terms and conditions without ever actually reading them. So I think instead of rushing to blame a company for your errors why not man up and accept the blame for your mistakes. Suck it easy friends

Re: cell phone selling fraud
I don't care what it says in the terms and services. If there's a clause in the terms and services that says they can **** you like that, whether you've read them or not won't make a difference in them screwing you.

Re: cell phone selling fraud
It is true that many people don't bother to read the terms of service and then think that they are getting screwed. Also if you don't like their terms then don't use the product or service. Crying about it afterwords don't prove your case. When ever I read scam report I can always tell the difference between a true scam victim and a simple disgruntled customer who wants the company to suffer when the mistake is really theirs.
90% of online business are out there to rip you off but that in no way makes them illegal; they always have a catch and will always put you at a disadvantage so that they will make a profit. The law doesn't protect you from everything and its up to you to protect your self. So please save the real scam reports for a serious offence.
