Cant D/L Ringtines anymore

For some reason i cant download ringtones anymore, i read the stickys but they dont help. When i try to save a file it trys to save as attachment.htm or whatever, so i rename it to songtitle.mid and when i go to lisen to it using WMP it says something like "Cant read not a valid sound file".

I know i must be doing something really simple but cant figure out what, anyone know?

umm make sure u dont have a pop up stopper on cause thats what use to cause me the same problem, but now i dont have that problem

try opening media player and going to options and find where it says what it plays (EX.- .mp3,.wma,.midi) and uncheck .midi

then when u click the file so u can download it u should be able to save as like a .mid

dont right click it just click once normally!
