Blocking Incoming Calls:
- While on the home scree, tap the "Applications" icon
- Browse, find and tap "Settings"
- Under "Device" press "Call settings"
- Scroll down to and tap "Call blocking"
- Press "All incoming"
- Type in a password
- Tap "Enable"
Unblocking Incoming Calls:
- Tap the "Applications" icon located on the home screen
- Find and access "Settings"
- Under "Device" access "Call settings"
- Select "Call blocking" then tap "Deactivate all"
- Type-in your password then press "OK"
Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional):
- Tap the "Applications" icon located on the home screen
- Go to "Settings"
- Tap "Call settings" under "Device"
- Scroll down and tap "Call forwarding"
- Press "Always forward"
- Type-in the phone number that you wish to forward incoming calls to. Note: alternatively, you can tap the "Contacts" icon and select a phone number from your saved contacts list
- Press "Enable"
Forwarding Certain Calls (Conditional):
- Access the app drawer
- Go to "Settings"
- Under "Device" tap "Call settings"
- Find and tap "Call forwarding"
- Select either "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"
- If necessary you can enter a phone number to forward incoming calls to. Note: You can tap the "Contacts" icon and select a phone number that is saved in your contacts list
- Press "Enable"
Canceling Call Forwarding:
- Tap the "Applications" icon located on the home screen
- Scroll to and tap "Settings"
- Press "Call settings" under "Device"
- Scroll down to and then press "Call forwarding"
- Tap "Always forward" and then select "Disable"
Resetting the Call Log:
- Press the "Phone" icon located on the home screen
- Tap the "Menu" icon depicted as three vertical dots
- Select "Clear call log"
Viewing the Call Log:
- Access the "Phone" application
- Press the "Arrow" icon located next to the call log entry that you wish to view
- You can view additional call details under the "Duration" field
Tip on How to Disable / Enable Touch Tones:
- While on the home screen, tap the "All Apps" icon
- Go to "Settings"
- Scroll down to the "Device" field. Once there, tap on "Call settings"
- Mark or unmark the checkbox associated with "Dial pad touch tones" in order to enable or disable DTMF
