Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact / phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable "All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact to unblock and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and turn off “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open Google “Messenger”
  3. Select the message thread exchange with the phone number / contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
  5. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  6. Tap “OK”

NOTE: The conversation thread and all future messages received from the blocked contact / phone number will be archived and you will no longer receive notifications for these messages.

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Turn On Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call Forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if call forwarding is unsupported by your carrier)
  4. Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to, or alternatively select a forwarding contact
  5. Tap “Enable”

Turn On Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Chose to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
