Create a New Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap “+’ and select an account for syncing the contact. Alternatively, choose a different way of storing the contact
  4. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
  5. Tap “Done”

Import/Export Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Import from SIM”, “Import from storage” or “Export to storage”
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process

Assign Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Drag the “Direct Dial” widget and drop it over an empty area on the home screen
  4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to link to the widget

NOTE: You can repeat these steps to add multiple widgets on the home screen. You can also drag one of these widgets and drop it over another to create a folder on the home screen.

Delete Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to delete
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Delete”
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  3. To view more details on a call log entry, select it
  4. Tap “menu” > “Call history” > “Clear call history”

Create a New Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to use for creating the caller group
  4. Tap “Create new group”
  5. Name the group as desired and tap “OK”

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to add to the group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Select the desired caller group
  6. Tap “OK”
