Create a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts” and tap “+”
  3. Select an account for syncing the contact or select a different contact storing method
  4. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
  5. Tap “Done”

Import/Export Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts” and tap “Menu”
  2. Select to “import from SIM” “Import from storage” or “Export to storage”
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the import/export

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold the home screen
  2. Access “Widgets”
  3. Drag the “Direct Dial” widget and drop it over an empty area on the home screen
  4. When prompted, select the contact you want to associate with the widget

NOTE: You can repeat these steps to add more Direct Dial widgets for additional contacts on the home screen. You can also organize these widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging one and dropping it over another.

Delete Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to remove
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Delete”
  5. Press “OK”

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  3. To view more details on a call log entry, tap it
  4. To clear the call log, tap “Menu” > “Call history” > “Clear call history”

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to use for creating the caller group
  4. Tap “Create new group” and enter the desired group name
  5. Tap “OK”

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to add to the group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Select the desired caller group and tap “OK”
