they have the worst customer service.. they just dont care on keeping their customers happy.. i hate them

as long as you are at the network, your phone is fine!! call up corporate and thay will treat you better, i've been with them for almost 7 years now and every time i get bad service all i do is tell them the location and manager and thay will fix that for you !!

Sprint sucks but the phones they give are cool... I have droped my many of times and it still works.. :-D

yea their costomer services hella sucks. they told me one time that thye fixed the problem but it still wasnt fixed....

ive never had to use cust serv but if you dont like it switch providers

Customer service has been better lately since they have had to give the customer satisfaction survey at the end of a call.

Yea it does. I've had them give me the balance of my brother's phone after giving them my accurate information and still they screw up.

If you goto the sprintpcs newsgroup there are stories about time limits and other things that corporate forces on the support guys. Sprint's always been known for bad customer service

i heard SBC improoved their service a lot.
You shold try them.
And NEVER buy phones at SAMs.

sprint sucks?
if you are not happy with your sprint service get free credit from them. how you ask... just call customer service(*2), it will promt you to say your problem, just say "dropped call", next it will say "got it!", or "alright", they will credit you for one min. of airtime at the highest airtime rate in your area. you can do this a few times a month.
