using t-zones to get wallpaper on nokia 6010

Hi I just got a T-mobile to-go phone Nokia 6010 and i was trying to use t-zones to get a wallpaper. Well, i just couldn't figure out how to get it to work. Is there anyone who can help me? Maybe i'm just not getting it. If anyone can tell me how to get wallpapers from t-zones or anywhere else for a Nokia 6010 to-go phone then i would really appreciate it. Thanks (hopefully)

I'm sorry it took me so long to get to your question, I think someone in the T-mobile forum can better help you with how to get wallpapers using t-zones, so I'm moving your thread over there.

You can try going to Tmobile.com and up top there is a link that says Learn more, click that and an empty box shows up that says ask anything, inside that box, type your question and you should get an answer. if that doesnt work for some odd reason, you can go to the faq's section of tmobile's site, your bound to find an answer. i wish i had a better answer or way of finding out for u, as i do not have prepaid. im sorry but what i will do, is take my own advice and try doing that myself for you and if i get an answer i will let you know : )

You have to hold down the ZERO button on the Nokia 6010 to go to T-Zones. Keep in mind that downloading wallpapers or ringtones uses up your pre-pay minutes. If a tone costs $1.49, you will basically lose $1.49 worth of minutes.

I've figured out a way to determine how many minutes you will lose before purchasing something on T-Zones. Here's how you would figure out how many minutes you would lose, by purchasing a wallpaper that costs $1.49

First, you have to dial #999# to get your balance. For this example, we'll make pretend you get this message on your phone: "Your balance is $50 or 400 minutes."

Multiply the cost of what you want to purchase by the number of minutes you currently have. When you get the answer, divide it by your balance in dollars.

1) Multiply the cost and minutes you currently have: $1.49 x 400 minutes = 596
2) Divide the answer by you $$ balance: 596/$50 = 12 minutes
