I'm thinking of switching back to T-Mobile after a few years with Verizon. I liked T-Mobile fine, but I had to switch away because of lack of coverage in major chunks of the city I lived in at the time.
I'm looking for family plans and they are all two year contracts. Hell, every type of plan seems to be two year contracts. Am I looking in the wrong places?

I used to be with T-Mobile and I had a great 1 year plan with them! Yet, my employer wanted me to switch . If I were you I'd take a look at T-Mobile dot com.

one year contracts are still available but deals on the phones arent as great as a two year. personally, it makes more financial sense to do a two year, only downfall is you have the same phone for two years

The one year contract is now per customer request. You pay more for the phone, but this allows you to upgrade your phone in 11 months as compared to 22 months with a two year contract. I think its makes more sense to purchase the one year contract due to the fact that cell phones are not made to last anymore.
