    Just received an unlocked Quad phone. Took the SIM card out of the Motorola and put it in the Samsung. Changed the band to 1900. Its picking up a signal, but not the time. I can call out with it, but when I call it, I get the message that the number has been disconnected. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
