Nokia 6131 unlock impossible?

I read somewhere that the Nokia 6131 can't be unlocked? Anyone know if
this is true? If it isn't true, can anyone point me somewhere specific
that can do it? I've tried the usual unlocking sites and can't find
anyone who speficially mentions they can do it.

There is one bloke who can do them, but you need to send 50 at a go or
something silly.

Other than that, the only way to unlock a BB5 is to get your operator to do
it
